Meet - Ayiba Afy-Douglas

Founder and CEO of Clean360

Ayibamie Afy-Douglas is the Lead Consultant and Director of Clean360 Consulting Limited, with over 10 years of experience in the cleaning industry.

She is a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning from Imo State University, Owerri, Nigeria, Over the years she has earned professional certifications and recognitions, including the British Cleaning Certificate Award (BCCA) and a Professional Certificate in Understanding Different Job Roles in the Housekeeping Sector from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK, alongside other certifications in cleaning, pest control, and other business awrds from reputable institutions in Nigeria.

In more than a decade of building her brand, Ayibamie has grown Clean360 Consulting Limited formerly known as Boi-Boi Errand Services into a respected and recognizable name in the industry. Under her leadership, the company has expanded from a one-woman operation into a structured business with a fully staffed administrative office and close to 100 housekeepers and administrative personnel under its supervision.

Today, Clean360 provides a wide range of services across Nigeria, including staffing and deploying trained housekeepers to private homes, cleaning retainers for high-profile residences and government houses, house moving and setup services, fumigation, facade cleaning, and professional housekeeping training for schools, hospitality businesses, and hospitals.

Beyond building a successful service brand, Ayibamie is deeply passionate about raising others in the industry. She has trained hundreds of cleaning business owners both within and outside Nigeria, many of whom now run their own cleaning companies successfully. She also currently mentors over a hundred cleaning business owners through the Cleaning Business Fellowship (CBF), a thriving community where cleaning entrepreneurs receive guidance, practical lessons, and support to overcome business challenges and grow sustainably.

Ayibamie also offers mentorship and consulting services, and has created helpful digital resources and tools available online to support cleaning business owners on their growth journey.
