Founder and CEO of Clean360
Ayibamie Afy-Douglas is the lead consultant and manager at Clean360 Consulting Limited. She has 9 years of experience in the cleaning industry, earning professional awards (certifications) such as the British Cleaning Certificate Award (BCCA) and a Professional Certificate in Understanding Different Job Roles in the Housekeeping Sector from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK, among other business awards and certificates on cleaning and pest control from reputable local institutes within Nigeria.
In nine years, Ayiba has taken Clean360 Consulting (formerly Boi-Boi Errand Services) to enviable heights and is a recognized leader in the industry. Over 500 trained housekeepers serve in private homes across Nigeria, with cleaning retainers in many high-profile private homes, two government houses, house moving and setup across Nigeria, fumigation and cleaning of facades, training sessions on housekeeping for several schools, hospitality businesses, and a few hospitals. From a one-man, one-staff (self) business to a fully staffed administration office with almost 100 housekeepers under its supervision.
Ayiba has also trained over 20 cleaners, both within and outside the country, who run their own cleaning firms now. She currently mentors over 40 cleaning business owners in a community named CBF (Cleaning Business Fellowship), where cleaners are supported through lessons and various counsel to enable them to thrive through their business challenges.
